Moticon's Summary

This study investigated the use of Moticon's OpenGo sensor insoles to provide auditory feedback for gait retraining, aimed at reducing knee adduction moment (KAM). The OpenGo insoles measured and recorded real-time plantar pressure distribution, and a smartphone provided instant auditory feedback. The study demonstrated that gait training with the OpenGo insoles effectively helped healthy subjects to medialize plantar pressure and decrease KAM.
