Abstract

This study evaluates gait analysis in sprinting using Moticon insoles to measure gait dynamics. By analyzing various parameters like stride length, cadence, and phase durations, the study validates the insole's accuracy in capturing key gait metrics. Results reveal left-right force disparities and highlight the need for reduced ground contact, improved take-off velocity, and balanced stance phases for optimized sprint performance. Findings suggest that targeted interventions can enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risks.
