What an amazing week! Moticon has showcased the value of its ReGo products for training and rehab to NBA star team Chicago Bulls.
For literally everyone on this planet whose memories reach back to the 1990ies, the NBA basketball team Chicago Bulls and the names Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen are as sounding as it can get. A total of 6 titles for the Bulls, along with 5 most valuable player awards for Jordan mark a milestone in basketball history to this day.
So it was a great honor to get our foots on the ground in the holy halls of the Chicago Bulls Advocate Training Center in Chicago. Eric Waters, Director of Health and Performance, facilitated the unique opportunity in his effort of screening the market for techs that can help enhancing his trainer team getting objectivized insights into training efficacy, rehab as well as risks of injury.
Our CEO Dr. Maximilan Mueller ran several top players of the first team through a series of standardized tests and on-court analyses which revealed the full potential of ReGo with its unique proposition of wireless, highly accurate force and plantar pressure readings combined with timing and distance metrics. Future work will include transitioning new movement insights from the ReGo sensor insole system into the daily work of the trainers, as well as adding additional analyses for the basketball sport.
By any means, this session was exactly the right place to be for the frist steps in the U.S. pro sports arena. Just as the entrance screen in the Advocate Training Center facility showed: “Consistency builds trust”. In this sense, we enable our customers to stay one step ahead, and we keep the ball going.
