Moticon's Summary

This study explored the plantar pressure response to different landing strategies during the drop vertical jump (DVJ) using Moticon OpenGo insoles. The insoles measured plantar pressure as participants performed jumps with self-selected and dynamic valgus landing techniques. Results indicated that dynamic valgus landing led to decreased plantar pressures in the lateral foot.
