The general wearability of Moticon sensor insoles is excellent due to its slim and flexible layout. The sensor insoles come in a fully integrated package with no cables or external devices for data acquisition. Hence, the bias of the user during movement is reduced to a minimum. Due to the integration of electronics and the power supply, the area under the medial midfoot is slightly elevated. In rare cases, the slightly elevated profile may cause some extent of discomfort compared to a neutral insole, at least during first time use.
