Consider the following list of mobile device series to ensure flawless data transmission from the OpenGo or Rego sensor insoles via the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wireless standard.
Why is this important?
BLE is not just BLE, and certainly not always the same: both battery consumption and wireless performance of different BLE chipsets as well as their software stack and integration into a complex mobile phone or tablet environment vary a lot. This is why some models work better than others, even if they carry the same spec label, say BLE 5.3. In particular, low cost mobile (smart) phones often do not provide the performance required to run Moticon apps according to specifications.
