Replacement Service

Trade in and get new.

Trade in your eligible sensor insoles for discount toward a replacement of a new system.

Terms of Service

  • Discount is per pair of sensor insoles
  • Service extends to any damage
  • Service extends to replacements only
  • Service can be booked on demand at any time
  • Multiple replacements possible
  • Old sensor insoles must be returned
  • Priority lead time

How it works

  • Place a request for a sensor insole replacement via our online form
  • Indicate the required information, such as serial numbers and contact details
  • You will also be asked to indicate a pickup date and time for the return of your old sensor insoles
  • Put the sensor insoles you want to replace in a box or envolope, seal it properly
  • Print the shipping label provided via email and put it on the shipping box
  • Wait for the pickup
  • Once we have a confirmation for your return shipment, we ship out your replacements
  • Typically, the replacement turnover takes 3 work days
