Moticon has appointed Nicole Friedrich as Sales Specialist for the B2B sales in the DACH region. As an experienced sports scientist and sports physiotherapist with two decades of experience in sports and physiotherapy, Friedrich was most recently a team leader with personnel responsibility for 40 employees at Bunz GmbH, a provider of mobile physiotherapy. She will now bring her expertise to support the Moticon team in launching and distributing the new product line “ReGo”.
Moticon has reached a turning point. The Munich-based company is the market leader in its field with its product line “OpenGo”, which was introduced in 2012 and used in clinical research and elite sports. Its scientific relevance has been reflected in around 90 scientific publications. National and international industry giants such as Nike Research Lab, Novartis, the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the German Ski Association are among its customers, as are some of the world’s best universities, including the Charité Berlin and Stanford University in the USA.
In future, trainers and therapists will have an important tool at their disposal with the new product line “ReGo”. For the first time, a broad user base of trainers and sports physiotherapists at all levels and practice sizes will have access to objective, cost-effective, and location-independent analyses through the product, consisting of a sensor sole and app, which were previously only available to elite sports. “Our new product line “ReGo” can be used easily and cost-effectively in performance sports and sports medicine practices everywhere. To serve this significantly larger market, strengthening our sales team is essential,” comments Dr. Maximilian Müller, CEO of Moticon.
